In the early 1990s, long before Phoenix was the hot spot it is today Dan began his career as as a general contractor and custom home builder. McIntyre Development specialized in high-end home in the Biltmore and Arcadia areas.
In our early years while working to establish a name in town and to build our brand, McIntyre Development would take on just about any project. In the beginning we built in volume and built everyday luxury houses. For the last decade McIntyre has limited its annual clients and now considers our projects “Homes.” A home is a place you never leave, its timeless and fulfills your life’s dreams and desires.
